Tuesday May 19 around midnight--so I guess technically Wednesday--we arrived home! Yay! Our flight had gone well. The movie screens and sound all worked well for us and we all enjoyed watching several movies on the way home.
We piled our luggage--all 6 big bags plus carry-ons in the airport shuttle and got a ride home. It felt so good to be home. We had a great time in Europe--Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Germany. But we were happy to be done living out of a suitcase and done traveling for awhile.
When we got home we saw a 'Welcome Home' sign left by our friends Matt, Dixie and Joanie Sorensen who checked on the apartment for us while we were gone. Dixie had made some cinnamon muffins and their aroma was so inviting!
