Glenn turned 2 at the beginning of August.
That morning I got Glenn some breakfast and Paul decorated a cake for Glenn.
Then we met our guests at the Splash Pad park. It is a free outdoor water park. It has a little shallow stream with rocks and little fountains in it. It also has a fountain area where you can run through them like a big sprinkler. The kids had a lot of fun splashing around and getting wet. Glenn would get cold, so we could cuddle in a towel until he got warm again. Then he would be ready to get back out there and play some more.
We were there for about 2 1/2 hours. Then we headed back to our house where we had lunch, opened presents and had cake. It was a bit crazy at the house, with the kids being excited about presents and the yummy food. But we made it through.
Glenn had fun "growling" at the kids and making them laugh. He loved the attention he got!

After the party and everyone had gone, we had dinner with Sirie, then we tried out his new bike and we went to the park. It was a fun day for all of us!
Happy Birthday Glenn! We love you tons and can't imagine life without you. You bring such joy and happiness to our lives. You are so smart and funny and clever! We just love you to pieces!!

Happy Birthday Glenn! That looks like a great day indeed! And I am suprised byt the pictures at the splash park - it looks pretty chill. Every time I have gone there there are SO many people that it is insane!
