Thursday of our week in Branson, we went to lunch at Applebee's.
We really enjoyed having someone else make us food while we got to sit and visit. We talked to Grandma and Grandpa about their lives--what was good, what was bad, what was hard. We are so blessed to have grandparents who have lived good lives and have endured great trials.
After lunch we wanted to do something for Glenn--he had done so well at the shows, but he wanted to do something a little more "fun". Each time we drove into Branson we would see several different miniature golf places. Glenn noticed one with a pirate ship and wanted to go there--so to Pirate's Cove we went!
We liked the scenery and the decorations.
We had a fun time golfing. It was fun to see Glenn hold the club at first, then as we moved along to each hole, his grip would get better and his understanding of how to hit the ball did too.
We also took pictures of each other when we would get a hole in one. I was the first one...but Paul got the most. But by the end, we all got at least one hole in one! Even Glenn!!
