Dominoes at the Library

November 16, the library had a domino day.  We watched a video about different chain-reaction things and then the kids were set loose to create their own chain reactions.
They had learned some different techniques--to put the tiles closer together on a curve, how to split the lines, etc.  So Glenn was eager to try them.

The first shape Glenn thought to do was a heart--how sweet!  I love this boy!
Then we tried the bug.  They had shown something similar on the video, so we tried it together and with another technique--the criss-cross.

Then we just had fun building and seeing how many tiles and blocks we could stack on top of one another.
And the knock-down is fun too!
We are so grateful for the library and all the fun activities that we get to do there!
