Thanksgiving Week Fun

Monday, November 23 my sister Kirsta and her two kids came down from Dallas to spend the Thanksgiving week with us.  Devin had the entire week off, so they came to enjoy the entire week--Morian, her hubby, had to work until Wednesday, so he joined us Wednesday evening.
We were sure happy to have them here with us!  Paul also got the time off from work, so we got to enjoy the whole week together!
Throughout the week we played LOTS of games!  I didn't really take many pictures of that because I was usually playing in them.  But just know that we all had a really fun time. :D
However, I did take pictures of one game--Funny Bones.  This game is always picture-worthy!

The point of the game is to see how many bone/body part connections a team can make.  Each card has a different connection, such as ear to shoulder, or head to head.  You can get into all kinds of funny positions and it's just hilarious!

I guess Paul didn't get a picture of Kirsta and I doing it, but we didn't last very long.  We had a lot of difficult connections.  But it really doesn't matter, because it's just so fun!
Kirsta did pretty well with her two kids though!

Wednesday, the boys found out they had matching shirts--so they wore them!  It was fun to see them both around the house, sometimes getting confused on who was who.
Later that morning we made leaf placemats.  Glenn and I had had this idea one day, so we gathered some leaves from around the neighborhood.  We didn't really have a lot of different colors, but Fall is still beautiful.  (And actually Fall kind of happens later in the year here in Texas.)
But anyway, we all designed our own papers and then we laminated them.
You have to ignore Kirsta in the first picture and then me in the second one.  My face looks super chubby-bleck!
We had some nice weather, so we enjoyed the outdoors.  Kirsta was able to fit the kids' bikes in the van so the kids all rode around together.
Then Mackenzie got a ride with uncle Paul!
Then some ladder ball.
Oh!  And Mackenzie's birthday was in October and we hadn't been able to go up--like we had for Devin's.  So we had a little present time with her during the week.  She loves Minnie Mouse, and we found some cute Halloween Minnie and Mickey dolls.
