Mu Sool Won in August

In August, the kids were learning some weapon skills.  

They first had to learn how to respectfully accept the weapon from the teacher.

"Thank you sir!" with their hands outstretched.

Then Master Kevin showed them how to hold the weapon properly and how to use it properly.

When it was over, they again had to say, "Thank you sir!" and hold the weapon up with outstretched hands.

Another day they learned a new weapon.

I got the shortest video of this because my battery died.  So even though it's only like a second long, it does show that Glenn is learning good techniques.

Another day in August, Master Kevin had the kids pulling some weights.  He's helping them get stronger and more flexible.  I just thought it was so cute seeing Glenn pull these along.  He did great!

And of course, the obstacle courses are fun too!
